Students will learn how to identify common personal needs and apply Scripture with wisdom, compassion, and sensitivity. The course emphasizes dependence on the Holy Spirit, effective listening, and practical ministry to people in various life situations. Based on Bill Scheidler’s manual, it prepares believers to minister hope, strengthen faith, and lead others toward spiritual growth and wholeness.
